Terms & Condition

PAYMENT

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and online credit. All Credit card and Debit card payments on The Magic Shop are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks and payment gateway service providers. You can also use Samsung Pay and Apple Pay to facilitate payment. Cash on delivery is permitted for Orders of up to AED 2,000. Unless you have elected to pay by cash on delivery, payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.

RETURNS

  • The Magic Shop wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, The Magic Shop will refund your purchase within seven (07) days of delivery of your purchased Products. Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by The Magic Shop and may be sent back to you.
  •  All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any). If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on
  • Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and The Magic Shop shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies. The Magic Shop offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
 
Damaged Goods/Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If an item in your Order is received damaged by you or is not what you ordered, then please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 07 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties. Replacement or repair may be available.
 
RETURN PROCESS
To facilitate you with the convenient return process, in case of change of mind, damaged/faulty products upon arrival, please contact us through “Contact Us” option on website to request the return with our customer service or you could write us an email.
 
  • Faulty/damaged product, our team will run troubleshooting over the phone with you with easy steps to ensure its either fixed or confirmed to be faulty to initiate the return process
  •  If the issue stayed unresolved, We’d arrange a pick-up of the product from customer’s place where originally the product was delivered.
  • The return pick up will be scheduled with in 3-5 days
  • Original packing/invoice are to be included as part of packing upon the pick up
  • In case of change of mind and return the item, The customer will arrange a return pick to send the product back.
 
RETURN POLICY
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process. We do not accept:
 
  • Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
  • Lingerie or disposable items such as nappies, or nursing and maternity products like bottle warmers, if their packaging has been opened. Of course, we will take back defective products.
  • Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
  • Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).

Please return your non-furniture products in their original packaging, within 07 days of delivery. Double-check that you’ve included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

Please note that orders paid for by Cash on Delivery attract an additional AED 40 delivery fee for orders under AED 499.
